LET'S STOP PUTTING EACH OTHER DOWN
The Author, Thelma Williams
"Let's Stop Putting Each Other Down," is a prayer for our Black Nation. It is a sincere deep plea for unity and love stemming from the hop for brotherly love.
Every race has their own kind of problems but the black race has been socially and psychologically damaged by the second class treatment from their white brothers. The teaching of never being quite good enough and the negative publicity from newspapers, radio, television and social networking has made a mark on the black race. This feeling of dislike for ourselves is revealed every time we put each other down.
The message that is expressed is loud and clear, when we put our brothers down, we are putting ourselves down because WE ARE THE BLACK MAN.
A PLEA FOR UNITY FOR OUR BLACK BROTHERS AND SISTERS!
